Dear Parents,

I hope you had a great weekend and enjoyed time with your sweet children. As a reminder, this Friday is a non-school day for students and staff.

Field Day

We are excited to announce that Field Day will take place on June 5 and 6. We are in need of parent volunteers who will be running our stations throughout the day.

Please see below for schedule:

June 5: 9am-11:00am: Primary

12:00-2:30: Lower Elementary

June 6: 8:45-11:15: Upper Elementary

12:00-2:30 Middle School

Teacher Appreciation Week is quickly approaching and the PTO would love your help!

You can donate items such as food, decor and raffle items and/or donate your time.

Our teachers pour so much into our kids, this is one week we get to thank them in a fun way. Thank you!

CAASPP Testing Information

This Week (April 22-27): 3rd Grade SBAC Testing and Make-Up testing for all grades 3-8


Students in grades 3-8 will be participating in state mandated testing this month. The following email was shared with all families grades 3-8 on March 16. If you have any questions about CAASPP testing, please email Principal Carrie McCraw at cmccraw@bellamentecharter.org.

Testing Reminders

  • Ensure students get a at least 8 hours of sleep

  • Provide a well balanced breakfast that includes a protein.

  • Arrive at school early or on time.

  • Ensure students are at school each day of testing. This will limit the amount of classroom time they will miss if they must participate in make-up testing.

  • Discuss the test with your student. Remind them to do their best.

  • Send a bottle of water with your student.

Esta semana (del 22 al 27 de abril): Prueba de SBAC de 3er Grado y pruebas de recuperación para todos los grados 3-8
