BMMA 31 Day Quest In preparation for the upcoming Physical Fitness Test, BMMA is proud to offer an additional fitness challenge. The month of March is filled with wonderful sporting events locally, nationally, and globally. It is our desire that all of our students have the opportunity to become lifelong physically fit individuals, perhaps in order to one day join some of those wonderful sporting events. Our data indicates that our school has room for growth in the areas of Aerobic Capacity (which is being highly emphasized in PE and The Morning Mile), Abdominal Strength (sit-ups), Trunk Extension Strength (sit & reach), Body Composition (being emphasized daily in Nutrition Lab, Fitness Fridays, Garden, etc.). The Fitness Quest is as follows: (Your Age) x 4 (Push-Ups) = 31 Days in March (Your Age) x 4 (Sit-Ups) = 31 Days in March (Your Age) x 5 (Jumping Jacks) = 31 Days in March (Your Age) x 5 (Mountain Climbers) = 31 Days in March If you choose to accept this Leopards Quest challenge, you will be part of the Healthy Leopards team. Members will receive team bracelets for each physical activity they successfully complete. Click Here for Recording Sheets
